This pic creates such a dreamy atmosphere!
I hadn't thought of what it is that makes the curtain shots appeal to me but maybe it is that dreamy feeling, maybe a little lazy, quiet, inferring a place of solitude?
I found your post while searching for lace curtains. I can almost feel the breeze coming through the window.
