The Charles Schulz Biography

Just finished David Michaelis' Schulz and Peanuts, a Biography.  Super read of a complicated man who spent his life pretty much wanting to be loved.  The author uses a lot of Peanuts strips to reflect and embellish his own writing, and in the process showed how much of his own personal life Sparky Schultz put into his comic strip.  Or, to put it another way, how much the comic strip was based on stuff happening in real life.  A honey of a read of a man who, through his characters, explained and enriched lives around the world for the last half of the 20th century.
