Foot problems
Eric, a runner, put me on to Runners' World to help me understand, correct and prevent plantar faceiitis, a condition my right foot fell into sometime last week. If you have seen me hobbling around, you know that it can't be any fun; and it isn't. Don't like it; don't want it. This article is helpful. One suggestion: massage the foot by rolling a golf ball under it. And to cool your hot foot down at the end of the day, roll a frozen bottle of water under it.
