On Hoosiers, Women Golfers, the Rule of Law, Polls

Pictures: More from the trip to the Dairy Queen a few days ago; and yes Leah did dress herself - it's nice to see a tag every now and then.

Of Note:

-Tax time again. Or payments on estimated taxes if you have already completed your taxes. Or both. Nice way to start a morning, isn't it?

-Eric Gordon to opt for NBA draft. And other dismal news of the Hoosiers in this Indy Star front page story. Welcome to Bloomington, Coach Crean.

-Lorena doing well, again. Ron Sirak has an excellent article here on the dominance of Sorenstam and Ochoa over the last several years. Didn't realize that Webb and Pak were in the winners' circle so often; Annika had all the headlines, I guess.

-A WaPo article on the Yoo doctrine: during time of war, the president is king and has unlimited powers. Bull honkey. Despicable.

-Two polls via tpm.com: from the South Bend Tribune, Hillary up by three in Indiana though up by a bunch among the elderly as Barack is up by a bunch among the Blacks. And then there is this good news: 81% believe US is on the wrong track. Jeesh. But wait a minute - things are bound to get better. Just think of what we have coming up: Final Four hoops, both men and women; golf leagues starting; green grass; May flowers; warm temperatures; the Masters.
