It's warming up where I live too. I like these shots a lot.
To answer your question on my blog, I'm not really planning on fixing up the house I featured. It's just a house that I see fairly often and wish I could afford to buy and fix up. Realistically it would take too much work and since I bought my house 25 years ago the chances of me selling and moving at this point are very remote.
Finally some decent weather for you all! Action nicely captured...
