My new friend: Maurice

Miki's male cat was very reluctant to let me be his friend but that changed when I returned to Bloomington after a golf break and a stop at Eric's house the other day. Don't know if it was hunger that changed his mind or the smell of several cats at Eric's place that weren't shy at all in gathering around and rubbing up against me. Whatever the case, it was that very night that Maurice came up to me and allowed me to stroke his head and eventually his back. Last night, he even allowed me to pick him up and stayed in my lap, at least for a little bit. And today - photos. I'm amazed.
