The rains did not go away completely this afternoon though they did stop for long spells which allowed a few of us lucky ones to get out there and whack the ball around. Tomorrow the seniors get it on and go at each other. Charlie Sheetz still leading the pack in the individual standings; Bob Norris and Sam Potts lead in the team competition. Expect change. And it's about time for a Thursday morning hole-in-one. I can think of two that we've had in the Senior League: Clyde Wake on #3 on August 1, 2002; and Bob Gilley at hole #7 to open the season in 2003. Definitely time for another. Lets have a volunteer who has not had one yet, please.
